Not even a pic to go with it but just updating that I did indeed go to the basement this afternoon & stain for 3 hours - in which time I finished staining ALL the trim boards!!! Hooray!!!
So now that leaves all 211 of those boards to varnish - twice I guess... and all 13 of the 6 panel doors & 3 sets of bi-fold doors for closets to stain & varnish. Plus all the windows... Oh dear... I try to feel good about each little accomplishment, but when I type it all out it seems quite a mountain left to climb!!! But, oh well, I will climb it - one step at a time!!!
