Colby tested & interviewed to get the position of District Secretary/Treasurer in FCCLA. She was installed on Wed. at the meeting in Rapid. (The theme this year is 'An Army of Leaders' - which is why the hats!!! Besides, she always gets into things ya know!!!)
I went along for the day & was a judge for the Illustrated Talks - so I got to be there for her installation.
Here she is getting installed - to the same position that Chancie actually held when she was the same age!
And lighting her candle for the installation...
