The road ditches ~ full of ice & snow ~ when the water was starting to melt & run. 
Kieth, Colby, & I went for a walk on a nice day this past week ~ Kieth tells Colby to come join him on the ice ~ so she hesitantly gets to the ice (it was cracking around Kieth in some places, so she wasn't sure she should go & get her shoes all wet!!!) 
But then she started 'skating' along with him for awhile ~ as I stayed on the road & took a couple photos! You know, we had to cross a cattle guard twice on this walk ~ and if you know me real well, you will know that I have a cattle guard 'phobia' when it comes to walking across them! They will bring me to a STOP! But I made it both times! So, Yay ME!!!
Getting back closer to home we saw this heifer up on a manure pile with the sun going down behind her ~ it was cool looking! When I got the camera turned back on she was starting to head back down off of it, but I did catch her part way still up there!It was a very nice little bit of 'quality family time'! One of those days that makes me so very thankful to live where I live & with who I live!!!
